One bone
of contention between couples has always been
the bathroom sink. A theme that has been played
out extensively on television situation comedies
and one will probably continue to be shown in
the future. Where one spouse is a neat freak,
the other is, well, a slob. Unfortunately, this
plays out in everyday marriages also.
The obvious solution to this problem is for each
spouse to have his or her own bathroom. Often
though, this is not an option. The second best
solution is to install a double sink vanity in a
shared bathroom.
A double vanity will allow each person his or
her own space. Once installed, both partners
must agree not to nag or otherwise tell the
other what can and cannot be done on their side
of the vanity. No longer will disagreements
about toothpaste caps, soap scum or whisker
hairs in the sink or where the soap is placed be
a problem.

and wife should go shopping together. In that
way, they can agree on the style and the
fixtures they both want. Perhaps the wife wants
cabinets and the husband prefers drawers. No
